$25 per stamp for Online Notarization ($10 plus $15 processing fee for platform)

Depositions - $75 / Hr

Loan Signing Agent Fees:

- $250 Buyer Closing

- $150 HELOC

- $150 Refinance

Miscellaneous Fees

Wedding officiant : $250 (includes pre ceremony consultation, wedding rehearsal, and wedding ceremony)
Mobile Notarization Fee : Up to 50 miles - $50

$2 for each additional mile afterwards

Refusal to sign $30 plus milage
After hours fee (after 10pm) - $ 25
Emergency Fee - $ 50
Cancellation Fee under 6 hours notice - $50

Notary will wait 15 mins before declaring a no show on appointment - client will be charged $80 plus milage.
